Wahlvater oder Wahlmutter m\u00fcssen das 25. Lebensjahr vollendet und \u00e4lter als das Wahlkind sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Vertrag bedarf der Genehmigung des Bezirksgerichts. Voraussetzung ist ein entsprechendes Eltern-Kind-Verh\u00e4ltnis, insbesondere h\u00e4usliche Gemeinschaft oder eine vergleichbare Bindung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bei minderj\u00e4hrigen Wahlkindern ist die Zustimmung der leiblichen Eltern erforderlich. Zudem bedarf es der Zustimmung der Ehegatten des Wahlkindes und der Annehmenden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Adoption begr\u00fcndet ein rechtliches Eltern-Kind-Verh\u00e4ltnis samt erbrechtlicher Folgen, als ob eheliche Abstammung vorl\u00e4ge. Bestimmte Rechte der leiblichen Eltern (z.\u202fB.
